Refund Policies
Memberships
Members can request a refund 2 weeks after purchase. The refund will be prorated as 11 months of their membership minus a $15 administration fee.
Program Fees
Please refer to each individual program description on RecDesk in regards to refunds.
Ilderton Youth Centre
Youth Drop-In days will have a different activity each week and will take place at the Youth Centre unless otherwise specified.
Registration is NOT required for Youth Drop-In. However, youth must have an active BGC Rural Youth Membership or BGC Rural Visitor membership to participate. Fees are collected at the door.

Junior M.A.P. (My Action Plan to Education)
In addition to youth drop-in programs, we're excited to bring our education program, My Action Plan to Education (or M.A.P. for short), to Ilderton this school year!
This free program is for members in Grades 4 to 8. Join us every Monday from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the Ilderton Community Centre.

Next Level Sports - Fall 2023 Programs
- Gymnastics for ages 6 to 10 (Tuesdays)
- Basketball for ages 9 to 10 (Wednesdays, Saturdays)

Day Camps in Ilderton
We're excited to offer P.A. Day, March Break, and Summer Day Camps at the Ilderton Community Centre.
Campers will enjoy a variety of fun filled activities with an exciting theme!
Once registered, parents/caregivers will receive an email the week prior to their child(ren) attending camp with more information and a schedule.

Important Notes:
- if your child has a disability and requires extra support, Please DO NOT Register, please send inquiries to - INCLUSION@BGCLONDON.CA
- If your child has an Educational Assistant (E.A.) during the school year, Please DO NOT register, instead contact our Inclusion Coordinator.
- If you have subsidy through the City of London, Middlesex County or Ontario Works - Please DO NOT register for camp - first get approval from your caseworker, register your child for the appropriate Holiday Camp Deposit membership, then send an email to LNEUFEGLISE@BGCLONDON.CA and Lorrie will register your child on the backend.
Refund Policy for All Day Camps
If you are canceling your camp registration, you must provide in writing a notice of cancelation at least two (2) weeks before the camp week starts to receive a refund, minus a $15.00 administration fee per cancelation.
An e-mail notification sent to LNEUFEGLISE@BGCLONDON.CA will be sufficient.
