Update to our Members and Families
Club closure is in effect until further notice. We will be monitoring the situation closely.
This closure will affect all children and youth programs, seniors programs, rentals including birthday parties, swim lessons spring 1 session, special events like the H.W. Coulson Swim-a-thon and HSSC events, and day camps during the remainder of the school year. We will continue to work on issuing refunds for activities and programs that have been cancelled when we re-open. We appreciate your patience with this process as it does take some time.
We hope to be open for summer day camps but as we all know, this is a rapidly, evolving situation and we will be providing updates as regularly as possible to keep you informed about our plans.
So we urge you to stay connected with us!
Our staff team are working remotely to figure out creative ways to stay connected with families, children, youth, and seniors and provide support. You can always reach us by e-mail by using our staff directory or send it to our general info account and we’ll forward your message to the correct staff person to respond.

Voice mail messages can also be left but when we call you back, it may be from a blocked or private number if you have call display.
On-going PrecautionsThere are measures we can take now to prevent the spread of illness. Please take care of your health and protect others by doing the following:
- Practice regular and thorough hand washing especially after coughing, sneezing, blowing your nose; after using the washroom or changing diapers; before preparing food or eating.
- Practice good cough etiquette by coughing into your sleeve or into a tissue.
- Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth as once contaminated, hands can transfer the virus and from there, the virus can enter your body and make you sick.
- If you are sick, please stay home, including if you are taking medications to mask symptoms (such as fever, coughing or shortness of breath).
