How to Order with Boys and Girls Club
- Make a payment with the booth staff, they will give you two receipts, one for yourself and one as proof of purchase.
- Bring your proof of purchase receipt to the lifeguard office.
- The lifeguard will call the Aquatics Manager who will bring down your order from storage.
- You will be asked to submit the proof of purchase receipt to the Aquatics Manager and to keep your personal copy in the case of refunds etc.
Refund Policy
You may return any unopened item purchased from the Boys and Girls Club of London, for any reason, for a full refund within 30 days of receiving of your purchase. All refunds require the copy of the receipt given to you at the time of purchase.
Please note that we cannot accept the return of opened items, some health and personal care items, or items returned more than 30 days past delivery.
We can only process returns and refunds for items purchased at Boys and Girls Club of London.
