Next Level Sports

Nl Sfinal Stacked Trans 01

At Next Level Sports (NLS), we are looking to break down the barriers between youth and high-quality sports training. We are looking to fill the gap between recreational sports and competitive sports to allow youth from all backgrounds and skills to continue to learn and grow in sport.

Through community partnerships, we hope to build strong ties to the sports community in London, and ensure that all athletes, regardless of skill and ability, have access to the programming they deserve.

Why Next Level Sports?

  • Confident coach staff: provide technical constructive feedback
  • Coach and leader development: bring more coaches into the London community
  • Fun safe environment: athletes feel comfortable and confident to grow in their sport

Company Overview

In 2022, Next Level Sports (NLS) was created with the purpose of getting more young people involved in sport. Our founders, Arden McClean and Erin Carter, have seen firsthand the gaps in sport in London and the surrounding area. Our parent organization, BGC London (the Boys and Girls Club), works to ensure that all youth have equal access to life resources. BGC London has been offering programming for youth since 1956, and has been continually expanding, offering more youth programs in different areas. NLS looks to add youth programming in sport to BGC London's portfolio.

NLS Program Model

Our program model is based on the community's need for a structured, organized sports program that allows athletes to move through programming at their own pace. By using a levelled model, and an individualized approach to training/goal setting, we can help participants achieve individual goals.
